These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Journey DNA LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Pool Checker website and application (the "Site").

1. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

The Pool Checker application provides mathematical estimates and suggested treatment plans based on standard pool chemistry formulas. The information provided by the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information on the Site. You should always independently verify chemical dosages and follow the manufacturer's instructions printed on chemical packaging. Journey DNA LLC is not liable for any damage to pool equipment, liners, surfaces, or personal injury resulting from the use of our calculators.

2. Contractor Connection Service

Our Service may connect you with third-party pool service professionals ("Contractors") operating in your geographic area. By submitting a request for professional help, you agree that:

• Journey DNA LLC acts solely as a lead generation conduit and is not a contractor, employer, or joint venturer of the Contractors.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or pricing of the services provided by the Contractors.
• Any dispute regarding services rendered must be resolved directly between you and the Contractor. Journey DNA LLC is completely indemnified and held harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your engagement with a Contractor.

3. Electronic Communications & SMS

By utilizing our Service and explicitly checking the consent box, you consent to receive electronic communications, including phone calls, emails, and SMS text messages from Journey DNA LLC and up to three (3) matched Contractors regarding your request. You understand that your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply. You may revoke this consent at any time by replying "STOP" to SMS messages, using the unsubscribe link in email messages, or contacting the individual contractors directly.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, and graphics, are proprietary property owned or licensed by Journey DNA LLC, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site.
