- Communicate new Pool Checker features and updates.
3. Sharing of Information & SMS Consent Policy
We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. Specifically regarding your Service requests:
SMS and Contact Consent: By checking the consent box on our intake form, you authorize us to share your submitted contact information (Name, Email, Phone, Zip/Address, and Service Details) with up to three (3) local pool professionals so they may contact you regarding your request. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes outside of this explicitly requested Service. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
If you elect to receive text messages from us (for OTP verification or Service updates), message and data rates may apply. You may receive automated text messages related to your Service request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt-out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. For assistance, reply "HELP".
